Q: Can I make diagonal headers ?

Can I make diagonal headers in NUMBERS to use longer text ? I know that I could rotate text boxes but could these be combined to make a header ?

Experiment with changing the 90 in this line ...

 

property textRotation : 90 --> 90 is vertical, 1-89 slanted

Starting with this in Numbers

Run the Script with 45 instead of 90 degrees (showing first few Script lines only, with your suggested edit)

Delete the Text Box over cell A1 and play with Cell Borders, Cell Fill, Text Colour in Row 1 (the Header Row). Not easy!

Hmm... 45 degrees (diagonal) is not easy to handle.
