Have you tried to reset your device?

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.

    • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
    • Press and hold on the Home button
    • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

I Hv tried reset all settings too,But error in exporting movies in iMovie is still there.

what next ? I think that imovie is not compatible with iOS 9.3.1

I have the same problem.  It seems to export to icloud as a video file but when I try to download and play it I can't with any video player.  It says there is a problem with the file.  I don't know if it is iMovie or the IOS. This used to work just fine!
