Q: 4k Compressor settings for Vimeo

I am looking for Compressor settings for 4K export to h.264 for Vimeo. I tried to build one, using Vimeo's suggestions, but the export fails each time. I am sure I missed something. I was able to get there with Adobe Media Encoder, but I'd like to do this right out of FCPX. Any suggestions?

Hi there.

Where does it fail – what stage of the export/compression process? Does it throw an error code?

What settings are you using in your custom preset? (Perhaps a screenshot of the Inspector would be best.)

Russ, here are 3 screenshots, 2 fro compressor settings and the failed message from FCPX. I din't get a message from Compressor, the export just disappears from the queue after a couple of seconds.

Try the built-in settings for Video Sharing. For my test file, it actually created output that was at a higher bit rate.
