Learn about iCloud, iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch: Some of my emails/updates don't seem to be pushed to my device

Q: "If you read one of your iCloud email messages in the Mail application on your computer, that email will still appear in your unread mail count on your iPhone until you open Mail on that device. "

From IOS 7 to IOS 9 no push notifications when I read an email to other devices...

I can't trust on my email, I can't trust on what I see.

I do not know how to explain why the apple engineers have never corrected this problem in 4 years

    Works fine for me.

Make sure your email account is set to IMAP.

POP accounts do not sync across devices. It's a POP, not an Apple, limitation.

Rysz, when you enable "Mail" under your iCloud settings on your device it's not IMAP and it's not POP3... it's an Apple proprietary email account with [limited] push capabilities.

this is an Apple limitation from iOS 6...and reading a message on Google gmail does trigger a push notification
