Q: Apple TV 2 not showing up on iPhone or Mac

My Apple TV 2nd gen doesn't show up on either my iPhone 6 or my 2012 Macbook Pro. It is connected to the same Wifi network and Airplay is on. How can I solve this? I have all devices updated to the latest software.

Make sure that the iTunes account you are logged into on all three devices is the same.
