Q: Deleting Music From iPad

It sounds like you used the Manage Storage section of your iPad to delete your music but it still seems to be on the device. I would start by quitting the Music, and the Settings apps:
1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
When you have done that force restart the device and test the issue again:iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as from your backup as the data may need to be reset.

May 27, 2016 10:48 PMby Toadywot,Hello Sterling....I tried all your suggestions but they failed to fix the problem. I got disgusted, erased iPad and set it up as a new device.
ANd yes, I used the Manage Storage to delete the music.....that's the only way I know, was I not supposed to do that? Is there another way?
Is it possible that my other devices (iPhone 4s, iPad 2, iPod Touch 5, iPod Nano 7) are interfering somehow?
