iTunesHave you tried a soft-reset/reboot to see if it charges (and/or the battery level updates) after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the ‘slide to power off’), after which the Apple logo should appear and it should reboot

May 15, 2016 12:09 PM in response to RockstarKBby amaryllisfromcaguas,now had no charge. in the screen appear the battery with 3 lines in red. And is connected to the charger. The only way it charges only to 8^ is turned off. And now I don't know how.

I think your Battery is Defective or your Charger Cannot Provide Required Power to Charge iPad
