Q: delete old device

I traded in an old iPad Mini 4. When I try to delete it from my iCould storage, I get an error message: 'cannot delete at this time. Please try later.'

I've tried a number of times.

Prior to the trade in, I followed the steps to delete contents and reset the iPad. This we approved at Best Buy, where I traded it in.

I would like to delete  the mini and free up 13GB of space.

Can you help?
