Help please!!! My iPhone is saying storage nearly full so I went to download my photos (1400 of them!) and my laptop couldn't find them, they're on my camera roll and on iCloud but still won't download to my Acer laptop- I thought I'd done it but I hadn't. ARRGGHHH!! Usually just plug it in and it finds them. I contacted apple and they got me into iCloud and j found them there but as I say now they won't download from there and the call centre is shut any ideas? I don't want to loose any photos #iphone5s
