May 16, 2016 2:18 AM in response to OGELTHORPEby MrsTeriyaki,Hi,
I have a screen shot of the 'About this Mac' screen stating the serial number. I spoke to Apple on the phone this morning and they are unable to get any results from it also.. Does this mean the item is not legitimate and I should stay away?
Thanks

May 16, 2016 2:50 AM in response to MrsTeriyakiby OGELTHORPE,Apple is the authoritative source. If they cannot solve your problem. certainly I can not either. My instincts tell me that the computer is real (not a counterfeit) but probably stolen. I say. stay away.
Ciao.
