Download a third temperature monitoring application and compare all three.
Note that Apple will not rely on or accept readings by any third party temperature applications.

Have the MBP evaluated at a genius bar.
If you purchased the MBP from Apple, not a reseller, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the MBP for an exchange or a refund.
