Q: False readings?

Hey, I got my brand new MBP 13" few days ago and after checking cpu temperature, I noticed that iStats shows "core1 temperature and core2 temperature" - 106c on heavy usage and SMC fan control app shows just "cpu temp" 80c (on heavy usage). So how do I know if the cpu really gets that hot or it's just software fault. And is there any difference between cpu core temp and general cpu temp (different sensors maybe)? Thanks for answering

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)
