Check the Mac App Store updates. If there are no updates then there are no updates. I'm not sure what you're complaining about.

Feel free to not use block capitals. They're harder to read and you come across like you're having a tantrum.

The only way to update Safari to the latest version available, is to upgrade your Mac to El Capitan.

See if your Mac meets the requirements here > Upgrade to OS X El Capitan

That would also give our Mac more security >  About System Integrity Protection on your Mac

Safari updates are inexorably tied to the Mac OSX version. If you are running 10.7.5 as shown in your profile, I believe you are limited to Safari 6 or 7, both still out of date. You would have to upgrade your entire Mac OS version to get a newer version of Safari.

Unfortunately, some early MacBooks and MacBook Pros cannot be upgraded past OS 10.7.5 due to hardware limitation so, without knowing your exact sub-model, it is hard to advise you on any possible upgrade paths. If you do "About this Mac" from your Apple menu, does it show a sub-model, such as "MacBook 13-inch (Late 2008)"? We need that info to properly help

If you do not wish to upgrade your Mac OS version or cannot due to the computer being too old, your only option is to use another browser. FireFox is nice but may drop support for OS 10.7 soon. Seamonkey is the other option that supports old Mac OSX versions:

I've been testing it and it works quite well and uses FireFox plug-ins.
