You did not tell us that you get to the point where you have to put in your password etc - that is the first spot in the boot up process that the keyboard is needed - if you are not able to get even to that point - then best to take the computer in to be looked at by a professional

May 16, 2016 11:43 PM in response to ManSinhaby Hamxa1,i have not set any password in imac , and i dont even see the apple logo after starting it , when i start it i get a white screen and after some time there is a smiling face and a question mark , i have installed the os x setup to my usb but the keyboard does not work i have tried many keyboards but no one works , it cant be the problem of the usb slots because the mouse led light is switching on.
as u say get the appointment with any professional where can i get any professional in Lahore pakistan and is it free
