Q: Case ID: ********* . Dispute of $ 14.97 on my credit card.

Hi,

I talked yesterday with one of your tech guys. He said to look for the apple ID that my daughter

was using. It's only ******

The charges of $ 14.97 was made from a balance of a different apple ID user. So please,

reverse the charges on my credit card.
