Q: iTunes 12.4 crashes Audirvana Plus and Amarra Hifi

I have same problem, is there away to go back to old iTunes and stop automatic updates. My sister bought me a MBP not knowing it would turn into a sell piece for Apple music! I would NOT be surprised if, soon. reading, and writing email will be charged to bank account! People laughing don't recall AOL $9.99 monthly charge for super slow dial up!

I'm surprised the response has not been greater.

It looks like I shall have to upgrade from 1.5x to 2.5x, and pay the extra.

Same Problem but no answer.  I updated to itunes 12.4.0.119 today. Since then Audirvana Plus (1.5.12) will only play one track and then crashes (previously there were no problems). Once restarted the same pattern recurs. I'm using OS 10.11.5 on an iMac.  Any advice would be welcome; do I just have to wait for another Apple "fix"?   GordonKus

yes it is a problem !

solution 1: you can install the iTunes 12.3.2 from the old combo update 10.10.5   and everything is fine again

solution 2: you can load http://downloads.sonicstudio.com/Amarra/304/Amarra_304_Release_4562.zip

but attention !   if you decide to the old version of iTunes, you cannot see the iPhone in iTunes 12.3.2(my experience with 10.11.5)

Sometimes updates are somewhat downgrades...
