Q: B-tree node error Unmounted Disk

Hi, seem to be having an issue with my macbook tonight and can't seem to solve the problem. I have a macbook from 2007, running on Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Whilst working it unexpectedly shut down. As I tried to restart it showed a file with a question mark flashing. I read online about a safe mode, but this did not work. Luckily I still had my installation CD which I ran disk utility, when I noticed the "Macintosh HD" was greyed out. I tried to remount but unfortunately did not work. I tried repairing disk when it said "B-TREE NODE ERROR". It does state the disk is verified, but I have no clue as to what to do next.

Any thoughts will be appreciated.
