It is difficult to take a screen shot. Every time I use the annotated text in itunes University and type the screen starts to scroll up and down. I can not teach with the screen scrolling up and down while students type an answer.

Ddid you already Try a simple Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds)?
