Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand that you've updated iTunes but now you're not seeing any of your content. I know this is a frustrating, and a scary sight, but if you follow the steps in the link below your content should reappear.
If you don‘t see your content after you update iTunes

Now my iTunes library is completely empty.
But, it's ok. I appreciate your help!
I'm going to start my library over.
I have a lot of my music saved on my computer.

May 18, 2016 1:43 PM in response to jafelo22by turingtest2,If you still want to try to recover your library, complete with ratings, playlists, play counts, etc. see Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash. The steps in this should help you repair the library so that all content is listed in 12.4. If it still doesn't work see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates and in particular the section Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components, uninstall all components, reinstall 12.3.3 and use the same method to restore a copy of the previous library database. Stick with 13.3.3 until there is another update that purports to fix the issue.
