Q: changing the App store.
Dear community members,
i need to change the app store to Egypt so i can purchase some apps, and i live in Egypt but i don't have a credit card, what to do?
its always ask for payment method.

You are likely to be asked for payment details when changing country, it's a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in the country and are therefore able to use its store : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support
When you change the country or region of an existing Apple ID, you must provide a payment method and update your billing options. If you want to remove your payment method after you change the country or region, you can change your payment information to None.
If you don't have a card (some debit cards might work) try contacting iTunes Support and see if there is anything that they can do from their end : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
