"Settings" is a term used on the iPhone. The term used on a Mac is Preferences", so please clarify what is it that you're looking for.

The big difference is I only have one device plugged into iTunes. You have more than one.
Try clicking that floppy triangle next to "Patrick Plus". See if the "Settings" show. If not, try only having one device plugged in at a time.
