Q: Cannot login into iTunes Producer

I would like to update some of my iBooks, but cannot login to Itunes Producer. 

 

My Apple ID is correct and recognized in iCloud, iBook Author etc, but not in Producer.  I have changed my password and still does not recognize it

Mac Pro (Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)
