I bought new iPhone 6s two days ago. People I were talking to through it complain about noises while I talk. They say it remeinds if someone was eating bag of chips near microphone. However, when I switch to speaker, sound is supposedly crystal clear. When I switch back - it remains allright.
Any idea what could cause that?
Best regards

On.
Turn it off and make a test call.
If that doesn't help see if this link helps Get help with hardware features on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
IF that doesn't work you can take it back to the Apple store since it is only 2 days old. I assume all the plastic film has been removed already.

May 19, 2016 2:39 PM in response to 0esteerby BBoiss,Something to test out...
Go to Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Options>[if you see an option for "Enable LTE", tap that and choose Data Only]
After that, see if your experience improves.
You can also test out the reset of Network Settings, but as you explained that the phone is only days old, I doubt that will have an effect here.

May 19, 2016 2:53 PM in response to BBoissby 0esteer,I don't see that option, I can only choose for "Voice & Data" from LTE, 3G and 2G options. It could be country issue, both I and iPhone are from Poland.
@razmee209 I switched the option you recommended, but it's 12 p.m. here, I will try it in the morning.

May 19, 2016 2:55 PM in response to 0esteerby BBoiss,I see. Yes, it does depend on your carrier as far as what you can toggle there. So there was no option to switch off of Voice and Data and just do Data. Well I hope razmee209's suggestion works for ya

May 20, 2016 12:14 AM in response to razmee209by 0esteer,I tried your soultion, but problem still remains. However, I did some testing this morning with my friends and we did 4 phone calls - 2 from my iPhone and 2 to my iPhone. Only in first call there were issues, remaining three were clean.

May 20, 2016 4:50 AM in response to BBoissby 0esteer,Yea, but it still happens sometimes. It's really random. I contacted support, they recommended to create backup using iTunes and then restoring it and configure iPhone as new device. They say if problem remains, it is 99% hardware related.
