Q: My MacBook 13" fell on the floor

My MacBook Pro 13" fell on the floor while on FaceTime the screen went blue, but I could still hear the person. I turned it off immediately, and tried to turn it on the next day, the screen came up white and does not change. There appears to be no physical damage. What should I do?

Hi ...

Exterior physical damage may not be apparent but since all you see is a white screen on startup, make a reservation at a Genius Bar.
