    Define more quickly. Go to the App Store. Tap on purchased. Tap not on this iPad. Start tapping on the download/Cloud icons to download apps.

     

    IF you are asking about restoring from an iCloud backup on the new iPad, it is what it is. It takes as long to download everything as it takes and that depends on how much content is downloading and the speed of your internet connection. You can not speed up the process.
