Q: iTunes 12.4 Podcasts Impossible to Sync

I just upgraded to iTunes 12.4 and now, when I try to click on the podcasts I want to put on my iPod Classic, the scroll functions for the podcast subscriptions and the podcasts under those subscriptions seem to be linked. Because of this, I can only really stay up to date on the first 7-8 podcasts I subscribe to because when I try to click the others, it is impossible to scroll up to them. This is very annoying and I never would have updated if I knew this would happen. When is this being fixed? Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this problem?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), ITunes 12.4

Yes starting with 12.4 when you click on your iOS device then select Settings>Podcasts, the podcasts and episodes no longer scroll separately. The UI lets them move a little vertically, then exhibits a "bounce back" behavior. The only solution is put your cursor outside those lists and scroll the entire page up and down. If you have a long list of podcasts and many episodes per podcast, it is now extremely frustrating to manage. It requires scrolling the entire page up and down many times. I can't believe more people are not complaining about this.

I totally agree. This lack of internal device contents scrolling is hugely frustrating and seems to limit what you can select. Not a "feature" but a real "bug" and should be fixed by Apple tech.

Thank you for your notice and the replies. I so heartedly agree. Apple and iTunes seem to continually cheat the podcasting - activity, recording, synching, interface - with each new major upgrade. I've literally stopped synching directly from iTunes and instead do it from my iPhone. Of course, it becomes a real pain to update between the Macbook and iOS libraries but I can deal until Apple Tech get their collective head straight and not go backwards.
