May 20, 2016 4:31 PM in response to Sercqby finiteyoda2,This happened to me too, was on-going for weeks, I think triggered my enabling Wi-Fi Calling on my iPad. I went into Facetime's Preferences on the Mac, and hit the "Upgrade to Wi-Fi Calling" button. After that, works like a charm.

Sep 14, 2016 7:20 AM in response to jmj900sby Jo Hofer,I had the same problem. In my case I used a router as a repeater and this caused the problem. To solve this I set up the 2nd router as a separate client and now it works. Hope this helps someone.
