Q: iTunes 12.4 deleted music in library (still in "Music" folder though...)

The automatic update has obliterated my library (only things that I purchased in iTunes are left, and even then only for streaming....)

Thankfully it all still exists in my iTunes music folder. Advice on the best way to get iTunes to recognize it?
