May 18, 2016 12:29 PM in response to DBF55by Allan Eckert,Try doing a restore by connecting the iPhone to your computer and then doing a restore from iTunes.

May 18, 2016 12:31 PM in response to DBF55by elcpu,Try a Forced Restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.

May 18, 2016 12:43 PM in response to DBF55by BBoiss,1. From any screen, press & hold the Sleep/Wake button, until the iPhone’s Shutdown screen comes up. Once you see the screen, let go of the Sleep/Wake.
2. Now, press & hold the Home Button until the iOS home screen is displayed. This signals that the Random Access Memory flush has been completed.
Doing a forced restart of your phone should not be done unless you are unable to restart your phone through normal means as explained in this following article.

May 21, 2016 8:14 AM in response to DBF55by Mussoman,I have experienced many problems with this latest update. Apps crash, battery draining extremely fast, Bluetooth connection and sound problems and slowing down on both of my Apple devices.
I have done the hard restart to no success, this lastest iOS 9.3.2 update is extremely poor and now it's been pulled for the IPad Pro!
I Would like to see Apple address this issue ASAP as this is completely unacceptable.
If you haven't updated your device to this latest version, don do it.
I will wait before doing the rest of the families Apple IPhones and IPads.

May 21, 2016 8:42 AM in response to Mussomanby Allan Eckert,Have you tried restoring your iPhone yet?
-
May 21, 2016 9:20 AM in response to Allan Eckertby Mussoman,Yes I have, no changes, although certain apps that have been updated require hard reset of phone and iPad and then they seems to work. Battery and Bluetooth still have problems as well as most of my apps.

May 21, 2016 9:34 AM in response to DBF55by NYGriego74,You're not alone, my battery life has dropped dramatically since the "upgrade" which is really a downgrade in service and product quality IMO.
Just got off the phone with "tech support" and there's no resolution until the next update. So, carry your chargers with you until Apple gets their ish together and sends out updates (or iOS 10 comes out next month) whichever comes first!

May 21, 2016 9:50 AM in response to NYGriego74by BBoiss,I'm sorry you guys are having these issues, but not all updates are performance/feature based. This update was primarily a security update along with a fix for a few issues other users were having like the iPhone SE owners with their Hands-free BT which is now resolved.

May 21, 2016 12:58 PM in response to BBoissby NYGriego74,BBois, if that's the case then you should search the words "Apple 9.3.2 update" and "battery issue" and then tell me that this is an isolated incident.
Because right now, you're lacking the knowledge of the full situation. I have the 6 Plus and the battery issue is present since the update. I even appeased the "support" person by doing a battery test for her to which she said "you're right" and my response was similar to "Duh! Told you... "
As a matter of fact, here...

May 21, 2016 2:51 PM in response to BBoissby 38kawikx,Fixing issues for the SE should not comprise all the other device models! Apple should know better. This latest update is horrible as it has caused more problems then solving.

May 21, 2016 8:53 PM in response to DBF55by jdfromhuntsville,On my iPhone 5 all my personal picture folders were messed up -- wrong names to the wrong folders and wrong content in the folders.
I'm downgrading back to 9.3.1. I should have taken the advice to not upgrade to 9.3.2. Hope others take it to heart, too.
