Q: Validate on iCloud?
I am being asked to validate my new device on iCloud but I don't have access to the phone that iCloud wants to send a code to. Now what do i do?

If you don't have any trusted devices for your iCloud account that has two-factor authentication enabled, then I suggest you get in contact with Apple's account recovery:
If you still can't sign in
If you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.
Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
