    Details?? How do you expect anyone to help you when you haven't really said anything at all? Although, if you forgot your security question and answers and you don't have reset email - (is that even possible?) I think your kinda SOL. I don't think that there is much you can do other than start remembering the answers to those questions.

    Thanks for your quick response. Details is : I forget my Security Question & it's answers as well. i Used a reset e mail address but it's not verified. Now i want to change my device apple ID password. but it ask me the answers. I found in website that theres a forgot the answers option but i didn;t found. pls tel me how can i solve the problem.

    you likely has to show up at an apple store with proof of purchase

    Just a heads up, the Apple Retail Store is not equipped to assist you with much more regarding your account outside of what you have already done. They can assist with removing Activation Lock (Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support) if the problem revolves around removing an account from your phone so you can use the iPhone itself, but that's about it. To do that, they will need the proof of purchase that was mention by the previous poster.

     

    If you need further assistance specific to account access, as it sounds you do, you will need to contact AppleCare by phone, and ask to speak with Account Security.
