Q: no reset button

When I try to change my security questions and it asks me to answer my current questions, there is no "Reset security questions" button. According to Apple, there should be one. I forgot the answers to my questions so what do I do????

Hi ...

If you don't see "Reset your security questions," you don't have a rescue email address and you need to call us for help
