Q: KEYCHAIN DOES NOT UPDATE OVER DEVICES

I have a Mac Air and two iPads. Keychain does not update from Mac Air to the iPads. IOS is up to date on all devices.

Hi,

Try the help here > Get help using iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

And make sure your Mac's software is up to date.

Open the App Store then select Updates from the menu.
