Q: Can't Delete Boot camp partition

To preface this,  I realize that I made a few mistakes when installing Boot camp. When I first installed Boot camp, for some reason it wouldn't work on my main user, so I made a second user to run Boot camp, and on this user it worked.

After a few months, I thought deleting that user wouldn't have any affect on Windows being run on my system. I realized that this was not the case, then made a mistake of deleting the Bootcamp partition I had in disk utility. I then was not able to reinstall windows using bootcamp, because I am now not able to resize my drive to be a single partition. I was just wondering the next steps I would need to take to re-install windows using boot camp given the mistakes I made installing it and deleting it.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 9.3.1, El Capitan 10.11.4
