Q: When I go to add my Canon wireless printer, my MAC just detects the scanner and not the printer.

I have been having trouble printing from my Canon 6100 wireless printer.  I have had this printer for a while now and have not had any issues until now.  I was told to delete the printer and then add it back again.  I deleted the printer but when I went to add it back (on system preferences), it only detects the Canon 6100 Series Scanner but not the Printer.  What do I do?
