May 24, 2016 7:09 PM in response to Larry Crouseby elcpu,Follow the steps here. You may have to update or delete the driver. It will reinstall on the next connection. If that does not work try deleting and reinstalling iTunes. Please make sure to follow all the steps in the order listed.
