Recurring alarm shuts off in the middle of the night: iPhone 6 v9.3.2

It sounds like you are confirming that the alarms are indeed enabled but they some how turn themselves off in the middle of the night. I would recommend starting by quitting the Clock apps:

Force an app to close in iOS

1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If it persists can you delete one of them and recreate it to see if somehow the alarm data was corrupted during the restore? To delete an alarm tap Edit at the top:

Thank you for the followup! At this point this seems to me to be an issue with the iOS in general, as there is no setting that will cause this to happen. I would next backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.

If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself. This should lead you to a resolution.

Are you saying everything worked when you restored as new but then started failing again when you restored from your back up? If so, yes, that might indicate a problem in your back up.

Are you using the built in alarm tones? Or are you using music? There have been reports that using music sometimes interferes with recurring alarms, which would definitely be a bug.

If you're using music, try the built in tones and see what happens.

I'm using an iPhone 6 and recurring alarms with no problems.
