Q: Can Final Cut Pro X selectively process video from multiple sources?

I am new to video editing.

I am using a wireless video transmitter in motion and separate simultaneously recording receivers. Each video has a different pattern of random static. Can Final Cut Pro assemble a video from these separate videos without the static?

Not sure. If you mean that the interference  is intermittent, you could make your selections of clear video and tell your story from those clips. If the interference  is constant and it's near the edges of the frame you could crop and zoom to hide it. But if it's constant and in the main part of the image, probably not.

Perhaps you could post a link to a sample clip so we could get a better sense of the issue?

The static, or interference is not present in all of the recordings at once.  If one has it the others do not and vice versa...  Can I switch between them to get a complete clean video?  Hopefully I won't have to go frame by frame.
