May 26, 2016 12:35 AM in response to Grantgroves58by King_Penguin,If you aren't getting the reset link on your account then you don't have verified rescue email address on it (additional/alternate email addresses are different) you can use that to reset them, use the instructions in the 'If you can't reset your security questions' section on the page that you posted from to contact Support on the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your iTunes account) to get the questions reset :
If your country isn't on that ‘call us for help’ page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
