May 26, 2016 6:50 AM in response to scottunes0428by elcpu,Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (the first one) > and if there is an update, delete it. Then go back to Settings > General > Software Update and try again.
If this does not help try updating through iTunes on your computer.
