Q: Apple IOS apps

Hi guys

I am unable to download any of the apple apps, such as Pages, Keynote, iMovie etc, for free on my Apple Device, anyone know why this could be happening?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

I Had a look there now, but mine doesn't show the option "apps by Apple"

I have seen this issue reported here several times. Those apps are free for your 6s but iTunes sometimes does not recognize this and the solution is to contact iTunes support. They will help you with a free install.
