May 27, 2016 6:33 AM in response to Luckmby dwmreg64,Your ipad probably downloaded and cached the upgrade into it's own memory. You need to go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud usage. Look under "Storage" select Manage Storage then locate the 9.3.2 upgrade and swipe to delete it. You will keep getting prompts like you describe if this is the case until you delete it.
Right now my iPhone is showing the iOS 9.3.3 Public Beta 1 at 1.8GB. There are no available updates as of now for my iPad Pro. Apple didn't release 9.3.3 for it since it probably suffers the same problem as 9.3.2. My replacement iPad from the local Apple store shipped with 9.3 and updated to 9.3.1 fine.

May 29, 2016 5:04 AM in response to Bigwagon36by donaldfromridgway,Just an update from me for anyone - I called Apple on May 20, went through the whole problem, etc. and they overnighted a replacement to me. I returned the original iPad. This past week, once my original iPad Pro had been returned and processed by them, I called back and talked to the same customer service person I had spoken with originally. I found out that my original iPad would NOT be returned (which means I lost a really cool Zagg glass screen protector), and that the replacement iPad I had been sent was now the one listed on my Apple Care. So if you're waiting for a fix, I would recommend go ahead and exchange the bricked iPad. It should still be under warranty since the 9.7" pro's are so new.

May 29, 2016 6:20 PM in response to dwmreg64by jackfancy,IM crying about being a dummy and not backing up my content. I could easily replace one, the nearest store is ten sub stops away, I'd rather apple come right out and tell me that I'm thick and my content is gone or that just be thick and patient, a fix is on the way. So, I'd prefer this thread
not dying.

May 30, 2016 8:35 AM in response to jackfancyby donaldfromridgway,I think at this point, you need to take the initiative and reach out to Apple about your problem. Enough people have done so that they are probably assuming anyone who has a problem has done so. Apple hasn't initiated anything on this problem and it's been a couple of weeks - so I wouldn't expect that they are going to initiate anything. I was told my original iPad would NOT be returned to me - my AppleCare package has been transferred to the serial # of the replacement iPad they sent me. So I don't think sitting on the issue and not getting your iPad replaced will benefit you in the long run. Just my two cents' worth.
