What do you mean it "has new battery and port"? If someone other than Apple opened it up and replaced things, it's now unsupportable.

Then it would seem these were not the cause of your issue to begin with. Download Battery Life from the App Store on your iPhone and see what that says about the battery itself. I suspect it will read out fine as you just replaced it.

I would recommend that you look through these 2 articles for other known causes of battery drain. Any activity your iPhone is performing in the background will drain your battery so knowing more about your cellular data usage is helpful in prolonging your battery as well. Think of your iPhone like your house. To conserve on your energy bill, you would want to turn off the lights in any room you are not occupying or using.
