I understand that you are having issues with Waze on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.
Now with apps that are downloaded from the App Store, there is some general troubleshooting to get this sorted out. To start, you can simply close out the app by double pressing the home button and then swiping up to close Waze. Another option would be to delete the app from your iPhone and then download it again from the App Store. Check out the article below to go over these and other steps to get this working.

I am waiting for response. But when I used iPhone 5s, it ran correct, issue is with 6S....
