May 26, 2016 12:51 PM in response to Alysabeth29by lkrupp,No, it’s not saying your Apple ID was bought by another user. It’s saying the app you are trying to update was, or was cancelled or refunded. Are you sure the Apple ID you are using now is the same one that was used to purchase the app originally? Having multiple Apple IDs can cause this very issue.

May 27, 2016 6:56 AM in response to Alysabeth29by lkrupp,Okay, the iPhoto app is no longer supported by Apple. It has been replaced by a new app called simply Photos. If you are running OS X 10.11.5 as you indicate then the new Photos app is already installed and ready to use.
