Q: How do I configure multiple email-aliases for one mail-account in the profile-manager?

I've tried to configure multiple email-aliases in the profile-manager for one email-account.

Separating addresses via comma was not susccessful.

And It would also be nice to be able to define a name and an address per alias as it is possible in OSX.

How to do this ?

I'm using the current version of the server 5.1.5 and OSX 10.11.5.

Target devices are all on iOS 9.

Email Aliases are not defined in Profilemanager. But in your Server App. Aliases are pointing to one mailbox, incoming mail on an Alias will be delivered to that mailbox. This mailbox you can push with profile manager to the device.

I'm not using the server as my mail-server.
For this I have an external provider right now.

Oke,, still if it's a real alias for a mailbox and not a second mailbox for that user. You should only have to push the original mailbox

In Profile manager there is an option in the right upper corner + and - maybe thats what you are looking for??

No, with this you can add new accounts as it looks like.

The goal is to be able to send mail with multiple aliases.
The receiving part is covered.
