Q: Why do I get so many legit emails into my Junk folder?

Mac Pro 2012, using El Capitan 10.11.5, Processor 3.46 GHz, 32 GB Ram, 1TB SSD System Drive

Question: Why do I get so many legit emails into my Junk folder?

I get more important email in my Junk folder that in my Inbox.  The result is that before I go to my Inbox I must first got to the Junk folder and find those emails I need and move them to my Inbox before I can get to work.  There is plenty of Junk, for sure.  I usually send my needed emails to my Inbox and then highlight all the trash and mark it as Junk and get rid of it.
