Q: Does someone know what to do if the Apple Mobile Device USB does not come up at all?
The cable I am currently using is about a week old, the phone charges when plugged in, does the same thing with other iPhones, and the only thing that does pop up is file manager showing internal storage. If you can could you help me out, or give me an idea on where to go. This has the same problem as the thread:

If anyone can send me some help I will be very thankful.
