Q: How to make *.IPA file of the apps downloaded on iphone?

I have downloaded many apps on my iPhone and I am thinking of upgrading my iPhone.

I don't want to download all the apps I have downloaded before. So is there any way I can make *.IPA files of the apps I have downloaded. So I can install them through iTunes instead of downloading them again.

Use iTunes to download your purchased apps, then sync them to your phone.
