Q: Can't update as requested

When I try to update my OS as requested, I am told my password is incorrect or I am not connected to the Internet, neither of which is correct. How do I remedy this?

iPad Pro, iOS 9.3.1

    Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (the first one) > and if there is an update, delete it. Then go back to Settings > General > Software Update and try again.


    Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Try updating again.

     

    If this does not help try updating through iTunes on your computer.
