Q: Notes missing when syncing with Outlook

Suddenly when I sync both my iPhone 5C and my iPad Pro to my Outlook 2013 my notes no longer sync. How can I fix this?

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.1

Sorry for asking the obvious but do you have Notes set to sync in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > <your account> > Notes turned on (green)?

Following your directions, I do not have any reference to Notes. I Do not use iCloud.

Far as I know, iTunes no longer supports syncing Outlook Notes since last few updates.
So the best and the cheapest way for you to sync Notes is to use iCloud.
In case you have something in your notes that you don't want to put to the cloud, use AkrutoSync.
